Updated in the 80s, this 1960s home yearned for its next remodel. The bathroom was very confining. The homeowners needed an airy space designed for two, including fun colors, that also felt soothing and tranquil.

Cramped built-ins permeated this bathroom. It was a staid throwback to the 1980s, covered in white with a small shower enclosure. Now warm, inviting, and full of soft color, traditional accents ground the room while maintaining a contemporary feel.
Sun-washed and light-filled are the best ways to describe this master bath. The look and functionally of the space became different even though the layout stayed the same.
